6 years From now




6 Year from Now

6 Year from Now I'll be working on my aunts restaurant on south Australia. because, my aunt is the one who support me on school tuition.She always told me that, focus always on my study. If I graduated HRM, she told me that she's going to hire me as an kitchen assistant.Working on the kitchen is my favorite,when it come's to work.To be a good Kitchen worker's is my dream.I hope 6 years from as an HRM student my ambition will come true.

The difficult Part of the English Language


The difficult part of the English Language for me is the GRAMMAR.because,I don't know if my grammar is correct.On my own experience, every time our teacher give us a Quiz or during examination and there is an essay. I don't know if the sentence I construct is correct.Sometimes there's a lot of idea that comes from my mind but, I don't know how am I going to construct the idea into sentence.I hope someday that I Learn lot of knowledge about GRAMMAR.

1)My father's friend is applying a work as a GARDE MANGER.

MY friend is a vegetarian,that's why his studying how a VIENGAR work do.
3)The carrot's cuts into a RONDELLES cut.
4)One of his ingredients in menudo is patata, that has cuts into OBLIQUE cut.
5)I use the CLEVER knife to cut the whole Chicken into half.

This Five words that's is very new to my vocabulary.When our culinary arts teacher discussed about the old term for kitchen staff and the other term for the types of cuts. The first thing that comes from my mind is "oh! this is so interesting". After the class,I went directly to the internet cafe,open my facebook account, and I post It on my wall, of what our culinary teacher discuss.

At the first day of school in thought the HRM course is only concentrating on Cooking,but I was wrong=(
When we meet our English1 teacher,I thought my teacher is a strict, but I was wrong again=(, Mrs. Alaba is a very nice teacher,and she's also pretty.I like the way she speak English and I like the way she teach.The interesting part of our lesson in English1 is about posting on Blog.

FIVE NEW WORDS

This are the five new words i choose:

1. TARRAGON
2. SHALLOTS
3. KABOBS
4. ZUCCHINI
5. VINAIGRETTE


The new five word use in a sentence:

1. Fresh TARRAGON Chopped into a chicken casserole, or roasted with a chicken is divine.
2. Roast chiken in a 375degrees oven for 20 minutes. add the SHALLOTS: roast for 15 minutes.
3. Place the chicken KABOBS on the rach of an covered grill.
4. Turn the chicken add ZUCCHINI, cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until chicken is tender.
5. Brush chicken with 2 tablespoons of the thyme VINAIGRETTE.



This five words i'd choosed are the different kinds of
ingredients in which are new to my vocabulary.

As a hrm student i choosed this kids of words
for me to know and also easy to identify the kinds
of ingredients in preparing a particular food.

And also to be more popular to the face of the new
five word of an ingredients i choosed. and it will not be
difficult for me to identify this kinds of ingredient
when we will having our cooking lesson.
