=> BLOOM-Cottony, fuzzy growth of molds

BOUILLON- A broth made from meat and
vegetables and then strained to remove any solid ingredients

=>HUSK-The rough outer covering protecting the grain
=>PRION- An infections protein particles that does not contain DNA or RNA
=>ROUX- A thickener made by cooking equal parts of flour and fat
=>MENISCUS- The imaginary line read at the button of the concave arc at the waters surface.
=>ALBEDO-The white , inner rind of citrus, fruits which is rich in pectin and aromatic oils
=>FUMET- A flavorful fish stock made with white wine.
=>OLFACTORY-Relating to the sense of smell.
=>SLURRY-A thickener made by combining starch and a cool liquid.

THE 5 NEW WORDS




This is my 5 new words, i search this at the glossary of book HRM.

KOSHER= From Hebrew, food that is "fit, right, proper" to be eaten according to Jewish dietary laws.
GLAZE= A flavoring obtained from soup stock that has been concentrated by evaporation until it attains a syrupy consistency with a highly concentrated flavor.
DEXTRINIZATION= The breakdown of starch molecules to smaller, sweeter. tasting dextrin molecules in the presence of dry heat.
DEGLAZE= Adding liquid to pan drippings and simmering/stirring to dissolve and loosen cooked on particles sticking to the bottom of the pan.
SEAR=To brown the surface of meat by brief exposure to high heat.

Assistant needed

Evry student like me had their own difficulties.
difficulties in English languages that hard to overcome...
but for me having a weaknesses in english language become
a challenging part of my life. because as a student it challenge my skills and my self
to study harder as much as i can to overcome this difficulties..
and i think the only things and assistant i'll be needing is only the books
that matters most my difficulties, the books of poems, idioms, novels, and
the dictionaries.. this kinds of books that i must read often times and understand
it's own meanings and practice more..to overcome this kinds of difficulties.

AFTER 6 YEARS FROM KNOW
